Reporting a problem with the editor
To help us fix things quickly, please include:
- your browser and version (for example Chrome 140 or Safari 19) and your device (for example Windows laptop, iPhone, Android phone);
- what you were trying to do, and the steps that lead to the problem;
- what you expected to happen and what happened instead;
- the type of files you were editing (for example MP4 from an iPhone, MOV from a camera) — please don't attach personal videos unless we ask.
Many export problems are solved by keeping the editor tab open and visible during export, and by using the latest version of Chrome or Edge. See the FAQ for more quick answers.
A note about your files
VDOAPP processes everything in your browser, so we never receive or store your videos. That keeps them private — but it also means we can't recover a project or export for you if your browser tab is closed. Save your exports once they're done.
